The hotel feels very luxurious, but the swimming pool was closed for us, there was no WiFi, no soap in the bathroom, and no iron for our clothes.

My stay was disrupted by two major issues: the loud hip hop music blasting from a neighboring room for an extended period and the constant noise from the pool filter outside my bedroom window. The staff seemed pleasant, but unfortunately, they failed to address these problems, leaving me to suffer through the noise. The disturbance went on for hours, making it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

The friendly and helpful staff at this hotel were a highlight of my stay, with Okuhle and Omhau going out of their way to assist me. However, the bed in my room was in need of replacement, as it had started to sag. While this was a minor issue, it did detract from my overall experience.

Unfortunately, I had to deal with a significant issue during my stay: the hotel's lack of backup power during loadshedding left us without electricity for two hours. This was a major inconvenience, and I was disappointed that the hotel was not prepared to handle this common problem in our area.
