This place is absolutely fantastic. While the facilities themselves were excellent, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible kindness and dedication of the staff. My husband lost his phone in the middle of the desert, and the management team went far above and beyond anything we could have expected. They didn't just help us search for a few minutes -they spent nearly three hours with us, using multiple vehicles to search the desert between the camp and the parking area. They covered every possible spot, searching high and low across the sand. Even when we were ready to give up, they refused to stop looking and continued until they actually found the phone. Finding a lost phone in the middle of the desert felt almost impossible, and we will always be grateful for their determination and kindness. Beyond that, everything else was wonderful. The food was excellent, the 4x4 excursion was great fun, the camel ride was a memorable experience, and the stargazing at night was breathtaking. Breakfast was also fantastic. The staff genuinely care about their guests and make every effort to ensure you have an amazing experience. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would not hesitate to return. Whenever we are back in Jordan, we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended
