“Highly Recommended Place to Stay in Central Sibiu”
The apartment was roomy and sat in a quiet, secure courtyard in the lower old town, just a stone's throw from the upper old town. It was well‑equipped, tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Free parking for about 40 cars was available right outside the building, which was a definite plus. I stayed for 4 nights and was surprised when someone entered my room halfway through to refresh towels, empty the bin, and make the bed—there was no prior notice of this service in the listing or in the room, so I had no idea to secure my valuables beforehand. The host’s aunt handled the cleaning, so everything ended up fine, and I hope the host will add a “do not disturb” sign to make it clear when cleaning is not needed.
