I was quite disappointed with the service at this hotel. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping guests, and whenever I asked for assistance, they just told me to contact customer care. It felt like they were more focused on pushing me to resolve the issue on my own rather than providing any actual support. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On the one hand, the location was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly. On the other hand, the facilities were basic and the hotel charged for breakfast despite it being advertised as complimentary. Additionally, dinner was served from outside, which felt like a bit of a letdown.
