didnt have the full english which we ordered as was told the wrong time to come down for breakfast & was told we was too late by 10mins. Our table was set up with the cereals etc so why not let us know!! They cooked a quick bacon sandwich for us but obviously not what we had paid for. There was no times on the breakfast menu & i did ask at reception what time we had to come for breakfast & was told 9-915am! Our room looked very tired ie carpets, hole in the ceiling & bathroom. The ballroom looked lovely & downstairs all looked fine. Upstairs is very tired, not in up keeping with the downstairs The location was too far to go to the Pavillion to see the show so had to order a taxi. Would liked to have had a more personal touch as was not told anything or got in conversation with the staff as they was so busy. Need more arrows on the walls upstairs as it is like a tardis to strangers

The spot is great, but the room faces the street and gets noisy. Parking can be a hassle, and the breakfast isn’t worth the extra cost.

The location is excellent and the staff were super friendly. We booked room 119 at the last minute; the sea view was amazing. The room was spotless, though it had a stale nicotine smell, which was disappointing.

Great location. That's all I can say that's positive. The weather was ok - much better than had been forecast. Crazy allocated time for breakfast - not even offered an option, just told exactly what time we were allowed breakfast Two house keeping staff entered our room in the morning (8:30) - very odd
