The location was great, staff were friendly and hospitality fantastic, and the wine added a lovely touch; however, the memory‑foam mattress was terrible, offered no support, and I couldn’t sleep on it. I tried contacting reception a few times, but nobody answered; I rang the bell three times and no one came, and I needed an iron but couldn’t get one.
