The accommodation sits next to the road in Queveda, but is very close to Santillana del Mar and Torrelavega, two welcoming towns with many amenities. It’s a quiet place, the owner is very friendly and attentive. There are common areas for eating and storing food, and she was very attentive, offering coffee and sweets. The coffee machine broke and she fixed it immediately. Overall everything was very good and welcoming, we would definitely return.

The outdoor garden was a marvel and the terrace for breakfast offered nice views. The bed frame and mattress could be improved.

The stay at this wonderful rural house was more than good—not just because of the location (an amazing point for road travel near everything) but also because of Pilar, the manager, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She was always on hand and ready for anything we needed. Every morning she left coffee, pastries, muffins, etc., ready for us. We will definitely return, because this is a house where you’re treated like before, with closeness and care. Thank you, Pilar, you’re a delight.
