“Sensational”

The location is right on the ocean. However, the penthouse has sloped ceilings that make it uncomfortable for tall guests, and the air conditioning struggles with the timber floors.

“Perfect and very comfortable hotel to visit Ortigia”

The reception team and the breakfast staff were wonderful and extremely helpful, and the breakfast itself was fantastic. The beach is a short walk away and the bedroom feels like it’s hanging over the sea. Parking can be a bit challenging.

The views are amazing, the place is quiet, and it’s only a 20‑minute walk to the city centre. The breakfast was good.

“Wonderful modern oasis walkable to Oritigia , an amazing staff!”

The duplex suite sits right on the water, offering amazing views and a tranquil vibe; you can even see locals swimming at a nearby spot and sometimes catch a glimpse behind the boutique hotel’s small upper‑level balcony. While everything about the property is great, remember it’s a boutique hotel so the common areas are smaller, though there is an outdoor veranda for breakfast when it’s not too hot and another lounge overlooking the water for a drink.

“One of the Best place to stay in Siracuse”

The room has a sea view, the sound of the waves, sunrise from the bed, and complete silence. The AC leaked in the room, and there is no hotel beach; we had to go to the nearby Musciaria Resort beach and pay 140 €/day.
