My weekend at this hotel was ruined: I arrived Friday afternoon only to be told by staff that my reservation had been cancelled by the hotel because of a dispute with their booking agents, leaving me without accommodation for the weekend with my 1‑year‑old son. I was told that if I wanted to rebook I would have to pay cash on the spot, which I didn’t have. I was offered a free room for the night since family members were supposed to pick me up Sunday afternoon, but the room I was given stank of body odor, the sink had no running water, and the toilet wouldn’t flush due to plumbing problems. The reception staff on the day I arrived were very aggressive, constantly yelling at me. I suffer from anxiety, and he definitely didn’t help my situation at all. I’m sorry, but from what I’ve seen of this hotel, I would stay well away from it.

The room was dirty and not cleaned before we arrived; the bedding wasn’t changed and there were bedbugs on the bed, the towel smelled bad, and the staff were not friendly.

The bathroom smelled like decomposed flesh; highly avoid this place.
