The place was simple, rustic, cozy, and very quiet. Everything was well maintained, and the bed linens had a wonderful scent! ❤️ Pamela’s service was amazing, always attentive and welcoming. We truly felt at home. We loved the stay and will definitely return! 🥰✨

Staying at Casa do Arco was a wonderful experience that exceeded all my expectations. The environment is extremely peaceful, and Pâmela is a caring and welcoming host. The chalet we stayed in was beautiful, very charming, and impeccably clean. The bed linens and towels were clean, soft, and very fragrant, which made the experience even more pleasant. The Wi‑Fi was also excellent. The internet is via Starlink and worked perfectly, which made all the difference, since in Lapinha there is practically no cell signal. Breakfast is charged separately (R$ 50 per person), but it’s worth every cent. It’s very well served, with everything prepared in a homemade and extremely tasty way. A true Minas‑style breakfast experience, with that feeling of food made with care. I would definitely stay at Casa do Arco again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well‑maintained place surrounded by nature’s tranquility. As a suggestion for improvement, we missed having a microwave in the chalet. I think it would be a great investment to offer even more convenience to guests. Another point was the gas shower. Because the weather was very cold, the water cooled quickly, probably due to higher hot‑water consumption. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it’s an aspect that could be improved to provide more comfort on cold days.

Beautiful place, peace, wonderful hospitality and support, good communication, easy access, flexibility, attention, and care. Breakfast was marvelous. Nothing negative.
