How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were wonderful, the room was well air‑conditioned and had large lockers for backpacks, the place was clean with plenty of toilets and showers that worked nicely and had good pressure, and the food was great with excellent variety and quality for a hostel. Some mosquitos appeared in the dining area and toilets, but the staff offered me a spray when they saw me itching.

The beds were comfy, there was a pool, AC, a restaurant on site, and the hostel was close to a grocery store and the beach, and the staff were wonderful.

I’ve stayed here multiple times while traveling around Lombok; the place is gorgeous, spotless, and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I’d give it a full 100% recommendation.

The location is good and the vibe is cool, and it’s not very crowded. The hostel’s toilet water supply was broken, so I was redirected to a master bedroom toilet instead.

The staff are nice, but the place isn’t really clean and the pool was dirty too. It sits on the main road, so it’s very, very noisy.
