“Left and went to another hotel”

I was disappointed because I paid for a higher floor and ended up on a lower one, and the room wasn’t ready when I checked in.

“Great location, Great property”

The location is fantastic. The staff is very supportive for early checkins. Room was clean, housekeeping is top notch. Room isnt very large, but the bed is comfortable. The AC temp and heating both worked well, since the weather kept changing in the 3 days we were there. The rooftop bar is not associated with the hotel, but was great for dinner and drinks. The Thai place next to the hotel 'Dagg' served the best food
