“Rushedia and Kevonne was the best, super super helpful.”
Breakfast was great and the location was very close to everything, very central. The only downside is that you have to climb a lot of stairs because there are no elevators; otherwise, a shuttle can take you around the property.

Our stay was absolutely exceptional, with staff that went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. However, our experience at the Bella Vista restaurant was marred by a server named Tamoy, who seemed to be lacking in customer service skills. Her attitude was a bit cheeky and abrupt, and we found it off-putting. It would be great to see more vegetarian options on the menu.

They had a variety for all meals and the menu was excellent. I spent a lovely romantic 3 days with my partner. Our room was perfect with a gorgeous view of the beach. I was so peaceful at night. We loved it. I don't have no negative thoughts about this resort
“Great Location, Noise a Problem”
The location was perfect, right in the heart of the action, but unfortunately, it meant we had a tough time sleeping due to the constant noise. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a room in a quieter building. On the plus side, the property was spotless and had plenty of cozy nooks to relax in. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, but the small beach was a bit of a letdown.
