It’s close to public transportation. (Toplu taşımaya yakındı). Despite having a large, empty parking area right in front of the hotel, guests are directed to a paid parking facility, which is quite disappointing. Additionally, there is no complimentary drinking water in the rooms. If you want to buy water, you have to go to the bar yourself, as there is no room service available for this. What is even more surprising is that a bottle of water that costs just €1 at a supermarket is sold for €5 at the hotel — five times the regular price! So, not only do you have to go and get the water yourself, but you also have to pay five times the normal price. I believe these practices should be reconsidered in terms of guest satisfaction and value for money. Unfortunately, the hotel’s approach to customer service fell well below my expectations
