The location was good, close to the T-Station and within walking distance of Gamla Stan. The room was too small for several days, even though I didn’t book the smallest one. There was no storage in the bathroom and no outlet for a kettle in the tea kitchen.

The location and facilities were great, and the staff provided useful information online, but I expected a more complete kitchenette in the room.

The Bob W concept works well, the Social Kitchen was nice, and the pantry had everything we needed. However, the 2+2 room with kitchenette was VERY small; it’s advertised as 23‑24 m² but the room we received was apparently 18 m². We traveled with two children, and with the two‑person bed, sofa, and child bed there was literally no space for luggage, only a tiny cabinet and a few hangers. We had to give up the table just to fit a suitcase and strollers. The floor plan left a 60 cm × 4 m “aisle” to the bed, a 1.5 × 1.5 m entryway, kitchenette, toilet door, and the “luggage space.” For two people it would have been okay, but even then there wasn’t enough room for clothes and luggage. On top of that, a façade construction was happening that wasn’t mentioned when I booked a few days earlier, nor was it noted when I checked again. Luckily it didn’t bother us, but the work ran from 7 am and on weekends.

The room was clean, but it was only 2 m wide and shaped like a corridor, with a tiny window that made it feel cramped.
