“Good if you have to be there.”
The view is great, and the staff are extremely helpful and upbeat. Breakfast is exactly what you’d expect from an Intercontinental open‑buffet: coffee/tea, two egg options, bacon/sausage/frikadelle, yogurt and cream cheese with additives, cereal, jam, bread, and a toaster (two options). The sheets, covers, and towels smelled “unfresh”; they looked clean and ironed but smelled like they had been stored for a long time without ventilation. There is clear transportation to and from the hotel to the Eschborn‑Sud S‑bahn station. Although there’s a bus station right outside the hotel, the bus never actually comes. The gym wasn’t open during my stay (the booklet says it’s there, but the hotel says it’s not open). The swimming pool is too small—it’s more of a big bathtub. There are no decent dining options around the hotel.
