The spot in central Ferganá is unbeatable. The staff are friendly and the room isn’t huge but it’s adequate. The bathroom is excellent, everything is spotless and new, and the TV even lets you hook up Netflix. I asked for a high‑floor room for the light and views, even though the elevator was out, so they gave me a room overlooking a sea of slate roofs. Breakfast was mostly industrial pastries and a variety of packaged sweets.
