I had a wonderful experience with the male staff at the front desk, but unfortunately, the female staff member with bright red lipstick provided very poor service. The hotel's location was not ideal, and I wouldn't consider staying here again.

Although the hotel's location is a bit far, it offers great value for the price.

The hotel's price was reasonable, but the room was not cleaned as it should have been, and the trash was still there. However, the garbage was collected, which was a plus.

I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and the excellent service provided by the staff. However, the parking lot was quite far, narrow, and expensive.

The hotel's proximity to the Chitose Airport was excellent, and I would highly recommend it for a one-night stay after a connecting flight. Although I had a lot of luggage, I took a taxi for a reasonable price, and the subway station was within a 5-minute walk. The nearby shopping mall was also convenient, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.
