Fantastic experience – everything was perfect, from the staff, the curtains, the food, to the transfer on a dromedary.

Our experience was outstanding: we reached the dune‑set lodge (six tent cabins plus a large dining hall overlooking the desert) on a camel. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, never letting us miss anything. Everything was flawless and well organized. The musical evening around the fire under a one‑star sky was unforgettable. Huge thanks to everyone, especially Soufien, the soul of the place. We felt right at home.

The dinner service was excellent. Everything else was completely overpriced and overrated, nothing good.

The tents were spacious, luxurious, with hot water, a shower, and a flush toilet, and the food was good. We were moved without warning to a different camp (Royal luxury camp), so we’re rating a camp we didn’t book. Royal luxury is cheaper than what we had ordered. We weren’t given an explanation for why we weren’t in the camp we paid for. We were supposed to be closer to the sand dunes. We had arranged a camel transfer to the camp in advance, approved by the operator. After we arrived, that was no longer accepted and we had to pay extra for the camel tour the next day.

Very relaxing and comfortable. The parking spot was changed at the last minute, so some people went to the wrong spot first. The start of the trip to the camp took more than an hour with very little communication.
