“Надо улучшать!”
Nothing pleased me at all; the hotel has deteriorated. It used to be far better, and we had considered it the best. Now it feels abandoned, which is a shame.

I know what I’m saying, and I’m not going to sugarcoat it – everything was a disaster.

The location is convenient. Breakfast was tasty, though the selection of dishes or drinks was very limited, but the food itself was good, though that credit goes to the restaurant, not the hotel. The rooms are in poor condition: there are water‑damage marks on the ceiling, likely from hot water with a weak flow at night, so showering takes a long time. The room is filthy, with ash in the corners, and everything feels worn out and in need of replacement. Keep in mind this is very budget accommodation, and the price matches the state of the property.

I’m sincerely grateful to the hotel staff and especially the lady who welcomed us on 22.09 for letting us rest after a nearly 48‑hour journey. Thank you for handling a somewhat awkward situation. These are the biggest challenges we face while traveling. The hotel is excellent and a perfect value for its price. The furniture is good, plenty, and the huge, spacious shower has great water. Clean and cozy.

The breakfast is a budget option. The staff can’t understand or speak English.
