The hotel’s central location was a plus. The cleanliness was poor; I found cockroaches and the water wouldn’t fill the toilet or sink. I called reception and they promised to come to the room, but left and no one arrived. The staff who did respond were rude.

The location is interesting, but the facilities feel old, there's a moldy smell, the towels are old and stained, and the elevator is terrible.
