Luxury Inn Arion Hotel

I’m very satisfied with this hotel and would stay here anytime. The location is superb, right in the heart of Jakarta and very accessible. A Busway stop is nearby, so many places are easily reachable. The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a priority. All employees were attentive and courteous. The room was clean and the facilities even better than I expected. For the price‑performance ratio, I almost consider this hotel a luxury. Towels, soap, toothpaste, minibar, safe, wardrobe and a good HD TV were all present, as one would expect from a good hotel. Whether you’re staying a week or just one night, I can recommend this hotel without reservation. I can’t comment on breakfast because I booked without it, but given my positive experience I assume that area is well organized. Thanks to the whole team for a pleasant stay. When I return to Jakarta, I’ll definitely book here again. 😊🏨✨

“Good clean room, excellent staff but little bit noisy.”

The room was clean and roomy, and there’s a café. If you need a quiet room or a place to rest, check with the hotel first to see if there’s a party; noise travels very easily here. We experienced this when a function was held the night before our niece’s wedding, and the noise lasted past midnight.

“Fiyat biraz pahalı konuma ve olanaklara göre”

Clean, friendly staff. Luthfan will help you with many things. The facility has no windows, but the room has a glass window that isn’t closed. We found blood on the bed, called housekeeping, and when we returned the room was locked; when I went to the lobby they charged me 690.000 IDR. Otherwise they wouldn’t have let me stay in the room. Because of the holiday, dry‑cleaning and laundry services were unavailable. Breakfast was weak, but many options could be ordered.

“Le personnel est super mais je ne suis plutôt déçu par ma mésaventure.”

The staff were genuinely friendly, but the shower water took ages to warm up and the pressure was almost nonexistent. During a rainy night the ceiling leaked into my room, forcing me to move at 1 am. In the new room the air‑conditioner was sluggish to cool and the Wi‑Fi kept dropping. Two days later I went back to the original room only to find a leak in the AC and another ceiling drip, which they finally fixed that same day. The hotel still refused any compensation for the trouble.

The room was huge, which was a definite plus, but unfortunately, the water quality was subpar and had a really bad smell. It was a bit of a letdown, especially since I was looking forward to a comfortable stay. Overall, it was an okay experience, but the water issues were a major drawback.
