The hotel's proximity to the South Mountain Science Park made for a convenient stay. Although there were no complaints, the reviewer appreciated the location. Overall, the hotel's location was a major plus.

I booked a queen room with two queen beds, yet I was given two single beds; arriving at 12am meant I couldn’t switch rooms, and the staff said no queen beds were available, which I think is misleading.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a discrepancy between my booking and the actual room provided. Despite arriving late, I was informed that the hotel did not have queen beds, which I believe was a misrepresentation by the booking website. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth.
