The location is excellent! I was told I could change my accommodation type, but when we arrived the change hadn’t been made. The staff wasn’t clear about the impossibility of fixing it and tried to stall. We ended up in a room with a single larger bed, no box, and a shower that didn’t heat properly.

I liked the location, but the lack of accessibility and the bedding and bathroom linens were disappointing, and the breakfast only offered non‑natural juice.

The staff were really helpful, but the room was a nightmare. It shared a wall and window with a cage full of three cockatiels, so I couldn't get any sleep. Plus, the cage was a safety hazard for the birds – you could drop things in or stress them out. On top of that, the coxinha was literally on top of the room, making it even harder to rest.

The bed was huge and the shower was a treat, and the staff were super friendly, courteous, and kind. The location of the lodge is spot on. The only gripe is that there are very few power outlets in the room.
