The place is very clean, the owner is nice and helpful. The price is too high for a very small room with a shared bathroom, and it’s quite far from everything if you walk or use public transport; taxis are expensive but get you closer. The bed is rather uncomfortable, but that’s a matter of taste. It’s not suitable for young people, as after 20:00 no noise is allowed and smoking is strictly forbidden in the building even though the room has a window. I recommend it for older guests.

The room has a double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, and a TV above it, plus a mirror. The room was clean, and I slept well with medium‑high pillows and the bed. The location was ideal for my business trip, 20 minutes on foot from the international conference centre in Barcelona. Five minutes on foot is the T4 tram line, which connects to the nearest metro stations. The area is newly built. I would suggest adding a bin in the room so you don’t have to go to the shared bathroom to throw away trash, and installing some shelves for extra storage—there are none except the three wardrobe shelves. Although the price was the lowest in the area, it still feels disproportionate for a minimally furnished room with a shared bathroom and breakfast not included; Barcelona’s prices are generally high. Comfort is limited by the shared bathroom, not because of cleanliness, but because of the need to share, especially at peak times. It’s important to note that the bathroom is shared with another room.

“Won’t return; Barcelona smells terrible constantly from garbage incinerator & dog poo.”

The room and bathroom were safe, clean and comfortable, and the price was good. The location matched what I expected for that price, with a 24‑hour grocery store on the same block and a lovely café with friendly staff just around the corner where I made friends and received personal encouragement as a tourist. However, the room lacked a waste paper basket and a mirror, so I had to use the shared bathroom not only for cleaning but also whenever I needed a mirror. There were no hooks in the room, forcing me to hang my damp towel over the open closet door, and the hooks that had once existed on the room door were broken off. The host did not provide any basic information up front about the area or how the shade worked on the room window, and the host was not personally welcoming.

The bed was large. There was no bathroom in the room, and the room also had no mirror or trash bin. The check‑in time was too late, while the check‑out time was 7 hours early.
