The location. The friendliness of the staff. We feel really comfortable in the chalets since it’s in the middle of nature and close to Colmar, the best 🙂 We should have a thorough cleaning from time to time.

The location is super‑city‑near and still in the green. All staff were very friendly. The price‑performance ratio of the chalet was disappointing; for the price we expected a bit more than a school trip standard.

The perfect spot to explore Colmar and Alsace without sacrificing relaxation and comfort, this campsite is a real gem. Everything was flawless from start to finish. The position, strategic and very convenient, is surrounded by greenery and tranquility yet just a short walk or bike ride along the cycle path to the historic center of Colmar. A perfect blend of nature and urban convenience. The cleanliness is simply impeccable; both common areas and restrooms are kept constantly clean and fragrant, a detail that really makes a difference and makes you feel at home. The cabins are splendid, modern and welcoming. The accommodations are well designed, super accessorised and situated in a setting that guarantees excellent privacy. The beds are very comfortable and the indoor and outdoor spaces (the terrace is fantastic for breakfast) are managed superbly. The services have everything you need for a worry‑free holiday: from the beautiful pool to relax after a day of walking, to the bar/restaurant with great products, to the convenience of bike rentals. Everything works perfectly. The staff is a real added value of the property: welcoming, smiling, always ready to give useful advice on what to see and where to eat in the area. They speak several languages and make you feel a valued guest from the first to the last minute. The clientele and atmosphere are fantastic. There is an educated clientele that respects silence and others' tranquility. An international, serene environment perfect for families and couples alike. In short, everything beautiful, everything perfect. CityKamp Colmar exceeded all our expectations. We will definitely return and recommend it with closed eyes!
