Francesco was super welcoming, and the facility was clean and comfortable.

The owner was friendly and willing to meet requests. The exit to the highway is very close, allowing quick access to many parts of Rome by car, there is a shopping mall within walking distance, and ample parking nearby. It is close to a busy road, so with the window open at night it is hard to sleep, especially on Friday nights; Saturday is better.
