While the camp's location was great and the staff were friendly, the facilities were a bit dated and lacking in modern amenities, such as air conditioning. The water was also not hot enough, and the food was just average. Considering the high prices, I would not recommend visiting during the winter months. Additionally, the hot water supply could be improved, and installing air conditioning or a heating stove would be a welcome addition.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with the entire staff going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. I especially want to thank Hamid and Zaid for their exceptional service, which made my experience truly special. Their kindness and willingness to help made a big difference in my stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

My stay here was truly unforgettable, with every aspect of the hotel exceeding my expectations. From the sunset camel ride to the warm welcome from the staff, complete with tea and snacks, everything was perfect. The staff also prepared a delicious vegetarian dinner and provided amazing music, making for a memorable evening. The room was spotless and cozy, and I only wished I could have stayed longer.

Located in the heart of the Erg Chebbi dunes, just outside of Merzouga, this hotel offers an unforgettable experience. I felt incredibly lucky to have visited on a full moon night, which made the experience even more special. The hotel's unique setting and exceptional service made for a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience.
