The wildlife and seclusion were amazing, and we loved the Kookaburras and the outdoor spa. It was also convenient to be close to the bush walk and the restaurant. My wife was worried about snakes, though.

The location is quiet, the fireplaces are stocked, and you can see bush turkeys, magpies, and kookaburras in a peaceful environment with plenty of break provisions. But there’s no mobile reception with Telstra, no Wi‑Fi, and the water pressure is low, taking 50 minutes to fill the spa. The TV is small. Even though the cabins are spread through the bush, installing a mesh Wi‑Fi system would be easy and relatively cheap, especially given the lack of a mobile phone signal.

I stayed in a cozy country cabin that was really comfortable, but there was no washing machine available.
