The place sits in a very good location. Owner Mr. Nino is extremely pleasant and helpful with everything. The staff, especially the lovely Ms. Dorota, are excellent. The property is spotless, with daily towel changes and daily housekeeping. The Italian breakfast includes ham, cheese, eggs, and you can eat well; Mr. Nino even makes coffee for guests himself. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Everything listed in the offer is 100% accurate. The breakfast is modest, yet it always includes an egg, cold cuts, cheese, jam, cereals, toast, and of course a cornetto, and the coffee is excellent; the service is pleasant. After a long trip, the owner has a bottle of water waiting for you, which is lifesaving. Clean and spacious. Special thanks to Ms. Dory!
