The view from the window and the silence inside the building are positives. The kitchen is at level -1. Unfortunately the culture of the people who use it cannot be replaced. Smells drift throughout the building, the shared fridge is dirty. In the room there was a cracked wooden toilet seat twisted by a screw that could have injured or torn clothing. The taps in the bathroom feel like the PRL era, even for a DELUXE room, which is a slight exaggeration. The balcony has loose tiles and a rotted railing – it should be fixed. The pool needs filter replacement or a simple cleaning; hair floats in it. Breakfasts are bland, underseasoned and not tasty; during the stay there was a persistent problem with the coffee machine, which did not make half of the programmed coffees or simply did not work. Fortunately Żabka is close.
