They didn't accept my online booking and told me to pay Rs 1800 for offline booking. Then behind this they acpt online Booking too They are cheaters

We booked a room and even got confirmation emails and messages that we double‑checked, but when we arrived they outright denied the booking, claiming the rooms were full even though we’d booked days in advance—absolutely pathetic and the worst management experience.
