“Un loc superb, serviciile lasa de dorit”
The rooms matched the photos and the view was superb. Even though a closet appears in the pictures, it cannot be used at any cost; guests must be told in advance that it’s necessary to announce it. That should have been clearly mentioned in the description. The indoor pool, while listed, does not exist. Upon arrival no preparation was made for guests: there was no hot water and the fridge wasn’t plugged in, taking 5 hours to cool. The owner seemed rather indifferent, and despite all the inconveniences, no discount was offered.
