“A 5 star experience - amazing hotel”

I can’t praise this place enough, except that it’s in Sisli and I’d rather it were in Fatih :( Every detail was flawless— they upgraded us to a free suite with a huge bed, spacious bathroom, plenty of storage, and a tidy crib for our daughter, plus a baby high chair at breakfast. Everything was comfy and I looked forward to returning each night to unwind. Aziz was fantastic, and the whole team was polite and kind. Thanks for a great stay, Renata team. The only thing that could improve is a smart TV for YouTube or Netflix, and the Wi‑Fi was spotty.

The room was clean and roomy. The hotel sits on a very noisy street where people shout all day, there’s a lack of toilet paper, the breakfast selection is weak, and the location is too far from the center.

“Whenever I’m back, this will definitely be my first choice again”

The experience was absolutely amazing—cleanliness, location, comfort, and especially the hospitality were perfect. The staff were warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout my stay, and every detail showed meticulous care. Everything was spotless, well maintained, and cozy. I felt truly welcomed from arrival to departure, an outstanding experience from start to finish. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend the hotel. Nothing to criticize.

“Nice boutique hotel”

The location is very convenient with buses, metro, and shops just minutes away. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean, and very large. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Istanbul. The gluten‑free breakfast options could use improvement.

“Jag är nöjd med min vistels.”

The staff were very helpful and polite. The room we received had no view, faced a wall, and was dark with no lighting. The street the hotel is on isn’t great either, and there were a lot of parking guards around the building.
