The room was spotless, spacious, the location was ideal and the staff were friendly. There were convenience stores and supermarkets right under the hotel. The breakfast offered only a few options, which was a downside.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — right next to the metro station and within walking distance of Osaka Castle, the Art museum, and Dotonbori. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with really comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of both Asian and European dishes. I also really appreciated the coin laundry room and the fact that you can borrow an iron — very convenient, especially when travelling. Another nice touch was the complimentary drinks in the lobby, available from 7:00 to 22:00. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and would be happy to come back on my next trip to Osaka!
