“Great beach front Location”

Great beachfront view , good room size close to all areas had a fridge, we got free beach towels and free access to loungers right on the beach, the 711 is only 10 mins walk as are all the bars pretty much down the beach. Owners are super friendly but english isn't great. if you leave your room key you can get fresh towels etc. we got free ice also for our beers. our room was the one upstairs with a balcony and found it super quiet and couldn't hear much outside despite being next to the road also. we went there midweek. really enjoyed our time and would visit again. no breakfast but options along the beach very close by

“Spacious room on beach !”

The staff were friendly and the location was great, just at the end of the beach, keeping it quiet from the action further north. The spot on the ocean had a nice balcony and a bed facing the ocean. No mosquitoes, a pleasant breeze, and inexpensive drinks all day. I can’t think of anything negative. There’s an upscale coffee shop right next door that’s a nice alternative to the instant coffee served in the room.

Nice staff, beautiful room! The place is right on the beach, with a bar next door and a small grocery shop nearby. The host also rents out his motorcycle at a good price, and every day he treats us to free snacks and drinks. This is the best room and host in Koh Samet, and we’ll definitely come back! 😃🤝
