The park is close, and the next day I entered at 6 am when it was quiet and easy to take photos; the staff were nice, but the power restriction is inconvenient.

The pool was great after visiting Tokal, the food was reasonably priced, and the staff were friendly; they kept my glasses and sent them to my hotel in Santa Elena, and we were able to check in at 9 am, which was awesome.

Everything: the pool, the super‑friendly staff—thanks to everyone, including the owner; they treated us well, helped us outside of hours, and arranged a shuttle for us. There’s no better stay in Tikal! A plus is that they let you watch the sunrise with César, who explains the park’s temples. Nothing to criticize; everything is wonderful.
