“二度とココには泊まらない”

ロケーションのみ。ストーンブリッジ目の前で立地は良い。. 窓が完全に閉まらなかった。修理依頼してもちょっと隙間が減っただけで、完全に閉まることは無かった。エアコンも効いておらず、夜は隙間風で寒いし、夜12時頃まで屋外の騒音が入ってきて眠れなかった。 また、タクシーを予約してほしいと言っても、予約はできないので必要な時にフロントで電話をすると言われた。四つ星ホテルでそんな対応された事が無い。

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was good. The parking is free, but there were only a few spots and no way to reserve them beforehand, which wasn’t clear before booking. Luckily we managed to park there. Getting to the parking required walking straight through the pedestrian zone in the city center, but the staff escorted us, so it worked out fine. :D

“Tavsiye edilir”

The front‑desk staff were very attentive, and speaking Turkish was a plus. The breakfast was amazing and plentiful, and there were no parking issues.

“Никогда больше”

The location was fine. The rooms were dirty, and after a room change nothing improved. The toilet was filthy, the ventilation was dirty, door panels were falling off, insects were on the ceiling, bedside tables had unclear stains, the toilet brush was lying on the floor and dripping, the plumbing was corroded, the windows let in wind, the breakfast was awful—cold eggs, a broken coffee machine that was replaced with Nescafé powder, toast without a toaster, and no water in the taps at the hotel (possibly temporary, but on 23.09 at 09:37 there was none).
