The rooms were clean, the country pub was lovely, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was lovely, the food was fantastic, and the landlady was very friendly, chatty, and informative. I’d appreciate updates on any offers for a return visit 😊. The only downside was that the breakfast room was dark this morning; better lighting would help.

The location was great, the food excellent, and the staff friendly and helpful. The only issue was that there was no blind on the deluxe window in our room.

Location near to superb waterfall (great for kids, teenagers) and great scenery Useful car park opposite the property Lovely cask beer. Dinner portions on the small side for the price Adjoining room late check in around 10.40pm was noisy (staff member not sensitive) Help yourself breakfast perhaps could be supervised to ensure all items topped up (eg bread)
