My room was very charming, clean and inviting with historical features of the property. Breakfast in room included! Top notch. Just ten minutes from the airport and a 100% better and more scenic then airport hotels. Driver included and she was wonderful. Exceptional service and hospitality. The owner, Marina, was extremely gracious and the food was exceptional. I had the most delicious sturgeon with beautifully prepared spinach and homemade pasta and porcini. I hope to go back. 100% recommend

The location is beautiful and quiet, right by the Ticino River. The room was very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and well cared for. The neighboring osteria is excellent. Nothing to add.

The location is highly convenient for an early next‑day flight and is next to a nature park with a beautiful walk by the Ticino River. Dinner at the Osteria was delightful, featuring interesting food and a good wine menu. Marina and Mamica were very friendly and welcoming. No major issues.

Staff Maria and Mamica are delightful. I stayed there overnight while en route to Malpensa and couldn't say enough about the lovely bed & breakfast. The room was nicely appointed, with treats upon arrival, a nice breakfast, a comfortable bed, a modern bath and shower, and a great location that allowed for a lovely stroll along the river before dinner. The restaurant is an absolute joy, with a beautiful rustic farmhouse atmosphere, wonderful service, a diverse menu, a great wine list, and a chef from a culinary institute. Some dishes, like my nonna, were especially memorable. Highly recommend!

The owner was a delight, clearly passionate about her work, the property, and its history. Our room was modern, well equipped (coffee maker, bar fridge, kettle, clothes rack), and very clean. The bed was particularly comfortable. The in‑room breakfast was ample and varied—hard‑boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit juice, fresh bread, and delicious cakes made in their kitchen. Though the hotel is a short distance from Malpensa Airport, it sits in a quiet spot next to a river, making it a relaxing and interesting stop before we headed home. We dined at the on‑site restaurant—comfortable, charming atmosphere, with a great selection of fine‑dining food. No complaints at all.
