The place is calm and quiet; the staff are wonderful, especially Ms. Wasila who made the guest experience easier—thanks from the bottom of my heart for her help, and also Mr. Najdat and Mr. Awnour. Breakfast was somewhat varied, but the breakfast period until 10 am was short; it should be at least until 11 am. The hotel’s location next to the X-ray tram station is excellent, close to all services, markets, and restaurants. I repeat my thanks and appreciation to Ms. Wasila, who speaks Arabic fluently. We will stay at this hotel again, God willing. Only taxis stop nearby, which is not a flaw but just a note.

“Welcoming”

The staff members were welcoming and helpful. For any questions and help we needed, we had a staff member “Serkan” who provided umbrellas and taxis during our stay. We were able to change our room due to street noise, and the change was smoothly made by the team with Serkan’s big help. The first room we had with a view of Main Street was too noisy unfortunately. If the hotel could provide double windows or glazing, it would be good.

“Velmi dobré ubytování v centru města.”

The breakfasts were truly great, with a wide selection, everything clean and fresh. The dining room is on a higher floor, overlooking the city. Comfortable beds, great location right next to a tram stop. Within walking distance to the metro station and, despite the vastness of Istanbul, many monuments are in close proximity. The hotel offers a spa. Everyone was very friendly. In the nearby area you’ll find everything you need—shops, restaurants. A tiny issue with cleaning, but in our case it was more a misunderstanding. Nothing else to add.

Завтрак очень понравился — всё свежее, вкусное, хороший выбор блюд. Есть всё необходимое, чтобы с удовольствием начать день. Отдельно хочется отметить расположение отеля. Оно действительно очень удобное: рядом основные достопримечательности, рестораны, магазины и остановки транспорта. Многие интересные места можно посетить пешком, что для знакомства со Стамбулом очень удобно. Единственное, что хотелось бы улучшить, — это частоту уборки номера и смены полотенец. Хотелось бы, чтобы уборка проводилась немного чаще, а полотенца регулярно менялись без необходимости дополнительно об этом напоминать. В остальном отдыхом и отелем остались очень довольны

“Convenient location, but the missing belongings, poor room cleanliness and limited breakfast variety made this a very di”

The spot was handy, close to public transport and Istanbul’s main sights, but the overall stay was a let‑down. My girlfriend’s €400 Ray‑Ban prescription reading glasses vanished after housekeeping cleaned the room; we were sure they were there before. We reported it immediately and were told the cleaning staff would be checked, yet even after following up before checkout nothing was recovered and no compensation or satisfactory solution was offered. For a four‑star property this is alarming. The room itself was below standard: hair on the sheets, worn bedding, and dust everywhere. Breakfast offered a narrow range of traditional Turkish items, with few international or Western options; clearer advertising would help guests expecting a broader selection.
