I’ve stayed in Antalya many times, but this was the best hotel; staff member Taha was incredibly kind—thank you. The lagoon room was comfortable, and I really liked that the pool was warm; I’ll definitely come back.

Summary of this review
The Guest Relations team was wonderful, creating a WhatsApp group, taking great care of us, and always ready to help and meet our needs; the hotel is clean and the food offers plenty of good choices. Some areas need an update, especially the tiles and the beach sun loungers, and the indoor pool was closed because of bad weather.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, always ready to help and resolve any issues that may arise; everyone is kind, polite, and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the buffet is absolutely wonderful, with a huge variety of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel has easy access to the beach, a good selection of swimming pools, a convenient location, beautiful surroundings, and excellent service overall. I didn’t really like the spa area—it felt out of place compared to the overall luxurious feel of the hotel, and seemed quite old and worn; the spa area could really benefit from some attention and renovation.
