Nothing special (a terrace view could be a plus if it were set up); it’s fairly close to tourist spots, but the breakfast service on the ground floor was very poor, with dirty ventilation, and the spaces weren’t well arranged.

The place was good, clean, and the staff were friendly.

I had no positives, and I booked through your website, yet when I arrived you cancelled my reservation and said no rooms were available. However, your site still listed rooms and deals, which is misleading and unacceptable. If rooms aren’t available, they shouldn’t appear as such, and denying a confirmed booking after arrival is highly unprofessional and inappropriate.

The staff were friendly, but the room was very narrow, the closet had no shelves, and the bathroom lacked any shelves or hangers.
