The staff were super friendly, which made up for some of the issues we had. Unfortunately, the toilet didn't work, the air conditioning was ridiculously loud, and the fan didn't even turn on. It was a bit of a mixed bag, but the staff's warmth made it more bearable.

The staff were super friendly, which made up for some of the issues we had with the rooms. We booked two rooms, but what we got were bathrooms on the landing, which was a letdown. Our room had no sink, no toilet paper, and we had to go down a floor to get to the bathroom. To make matters worse, the towels barely dried us off and there were no power outlets near the beds. We ended up staying in the emergency rooms for a night because our ferry got cancelled.
