Hôtel Trianon, a 1-star hotel, is centrally located in Juan-les-Pins, 150 metres from the beach and train station. The hotel features individually decorated rooms with LCD TVs and en-suite bathrooms. A continental breakfast is served in the breakfast room or on the terrace. Nearby public parking and the Thuret botanical gardens make it an ideal French Riviera base, close to Antibes and Cannes.

How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Close to the station and there are decent food options nearby. The room always smelled odd when we arrived at the end of the day, and opening the windows let bugs in. You could see the light from upper‑floor rooms at night. The door didn’t close easily and the beds were uncomfortable.

The room had a terrace access. The room was only moderately clean – the furniture wasn’t well maintained or clean, there were exposed electrical cables and a TV that was patched up. The price seemed a bit high for a one‑star property.
