The place is in a good spot, close to restaurants, shops, the expressway, and downtown. However, we were given a room that was already occupied after a 20‑minute check‑in wait, there was no hot water for the morning shower, kids from tournaments ran around everywhere, and there was no coffee or breakfast.

The location was great, but the breakfast selection was limited and items weren’t restocked.

The room sat right outside the elevator; I could hear drunk guests arriving from midnight until 2:30 am, and then everyone rushed for breakfast at 6:30 am. When I went to breakfast on Sunday at 9 am, everything was gone.

The place was spotless and the staff were friendly, yet we had to move to another room because the first room’s door wouldn’t unlock.
