The staff were all extremely pleasant and professional, and the beds were comfortable with a great shower. However, the room lighting was a pain—difficult to control and small lights stayed on all night, very disturbing. We asked for cups for the kettle and received paper cups, which was horrible. The TV couldn't be used satisfactorily, and everything felt like a faff. The opaque glass shower and toilet walls/doors were also problematic; had we known this setup, we wouldn't have booked. We’re good friends, but this was outside our comfort zone.

The hotel was very modern, and we liked being able to adjust the colored lights to our taste; the gym was impressive, much better than commercial ones. The location was a 10‑minute walk to the center, and a two‑minute walk to a train station that connects to the center and surroundings. We also rated the hotel restaurant a 10. The bed was a bit small and the pillows were quite uncomfortable, and the shower had low pressure 🥵.

The staff were kind and the place was clean, but the bathroom system didn't offer much privacy.

The hotel was clean, but I would have preferred the shower and sink in a separate room.
