How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was great, but the property was clean while the room itself was different from what was expected.

The bed was comfortable, and the shower light was good, but there was no microwave, the pool was empty, the sink had no hot water, there was no face washcloth, the shower curtain was hard to move, and some molding needed glue under the shower step.

The place was calm and quiet, and they even served coffee in the morning!

It was fairly easy to check in and the staff was nice and gave me no issues. I appreciate them not giving me trouble about my service dog considering he is required to be with us at all times. I didn't like that there was so many bugs and roaches in the room. It was kinda gross. I also wish they would have gave us more towels considering it was 2 people staying in the room for multiple nights. I also couldn't control the A/C and it got to under 60 degrees so I had to just unplug it. It was freezing in there!
