The place itself is super clean and secure. The host gives clear safety instructions and does her best to accommodate guests. The property is modern, tidy and lovely. Vehicles are kept safe in a locked underground parking with cameras outside, and the rooms have locks too; the host also provides safety rules for everyone. ❤️ Big shout out to the host ❤️

The building is clean and fresh, fully renovated and insulated. The location is convenient for reaching Catania’s historic centre rather than going out of town, as it’s close to major transport routes. All apartments also have private parking in a closed underground garage. I think the offer could be completed with a coffee machine, and personally I’d prefer slightly firmer mattresses.

Cleanliness, room size, underground parking. Ceiling lighting: a) fixtures are uncomfortable and hit your eyes, and b) the white 4000K light color temperature in the room is not suitable for living rooms or bedrooms; no reading lights for the bed.

The garage under the apartment was invaluable. The number of mosquitoes was high.
