The location is fine, but the room wasn’t clean and the staff were rude. They even rejected my booking, even though it was confirmed and rooms were available, claiming I hadn’t paid at the property.

A huge disappointment. Despite of low ratings I booked very prior to my trip. There was a communication gap to hotel is the claim made by hotel staff. It was long weekend, I drove 200kms and navigating to city centre to reach hotel, they simply say rooms are full. Glad I was solo, what if it was family. They just left me stranded, despite of rep spoke to the hotel persons confirming that booking is available, they said we didn't get any advance so we do not have any rooms. My entire 1700kms across 8 to 9 cities, only worst hospitality was from this hotel. I would never stay, not for the fact of my booking but no courtesy for a stranded traveller
